Habitat Nantucket completed our Benjamin Drive project in March 2023 as three lucky homeowners: Dennis and Shannon Reid, Eliza Trip and Forest Bell took possession of their Homes. They were the 14th ,15th and 16th Habitat homeowners on Nantucket
March 2021 update:
Hello! It has been a challenging year for everyone, especially those
seeking affordable housing on Nantucket. We are thrilled that we have
resumed our construction program and have started building five new homes for ownership over the next two years.
The first project is a duplex on Beach Grass Drive (pictures just below) to be followed in late 2021 by three dwellings on Benjamin Drive which will be included on the SHI list towards the Town of Nantucket's affordable housing percentage.
A big Thank You to Housing Nantucket, Nantucket Housing Authority, and the Town of Nantucket for making this possible.
